چکیده

We describe the core of a rule-based CQL, devoted to the manipulation of 2-dimensional tabular databases. The rules provide a simple and declarative way to restructure and query tables, and the constraints allow to deene cell contents by formulas over concrete domains. We deene a model-theoretic semantics and develop an equivalent xpoint theory that leads to a naive evaluation procedure.

Querying Multi-word Expressions Annotation with CQL

This paper demonstrates a solution for querying corpora with multi-word expression (MWE) annotation using a concordance system. Namely, the PARSEME multilingual corpora, which contain manually annotated verbal multi-word expression (VMWE) in 18 languages, are converted to a suitable vertical format so that they can be explored using the Corpus Query Language (CQL). VMWEs encompass a range of ca...

Extension of CQL over Dynamic Databases

CQL, Continuous Query Language is suitable for data stream queries. Sometimes it is better if the queries operate on relational databases and data streams simultaneously. The execution of a CQL query takes a long time (several hours, days or even more). It is not clear what kind of semantics is suitable for the user when the database is updated during the execution of a CQL query. In this paper...

Distributed CQL Made Easy

This talk is about making it easy to implement a distributed CQL. CQL is a continuous query language that extends SQL with a notion of windows over infinite streams of data. Programmers like using CQL, because its syntax is already familiar to them from their experience with other database-backed applications. CQL was originally designed to target a single node implementation of the Stanford St...

Developing a Semantic Web-based Framework for Executing the Clinical Quality Language Using FHIR

The Clinical Quality Language (CQL) is a HL7 specification, aiming to provide a human-readable language to define clinical quality measures and decision support rules while it makes logic expressions independent of any specific data model (e.g., Quality Data Model, HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources – FHIR). FHIR adopts RDF as its third representation/interchange format in addition ...

Effect of roasting on the formation of chlorogenic acid lactones in coffee.

Of all plant constituents, coffee has one of the highest concentrations of chlorogenic acids. When roasting coffee, some of these are transformed into chlorogenic acid lactones (CGL). We have studied the formation of CGL during the roasting of coffee beans in Coffea arabica cv. Bourbon; C. arabicacv. Longberry; and C. canephora cv. Robusta. Individual CGL levels were determined by comparison of...
